Premium Includes two - three 1:1 sessions per month:
- Three 75 - 90 minute 1:1 deep dive Expansion Intensives with me, one every other month, to design your most easeful, enjoyable and accelerated path to success. We'll focus on both designing your strategy for the next 3 months, as well as the nervous system and somatic Calibration work you need to be in complete alignment with the results you desire. These sessions will be focused on you and what you need to thrive. (3 Intensives per six months, 6 per year. One intensive per month max.)
- Bi-weekly 45 - 55 minute Calibration Session with me, to optimize your strategy, or for custom nervous system expansion and Somatic Calibration work. (13 sessions per six months. Three sessions per month max with intensives.)
- Messenger or email support in between sessions up to three times per week, for a quick question, content review or short copy feedback (unless traveling or on vacation).
- Three monthly Intimate Expansion Mini retreats. 90 - 120 minute mini retreats where we practice together (Expansion & Somatic Calibration Practices), where we explore the Expansion Experiments of the month and where we share and mastermind and you receive personalized mentorship on how to embody and live our highest level of expansion in life, love, business and money flow. Held the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Wednesday of the month at 11AM PST / 2 PM EST / 7PM London time. (Replay available, calls are recorded.)
- Core Nervous System Expansion Curriculum: Ten paradigm shifting Modules to help you heal, expand and up level your body, identity, income and reality.
- Six month seems to be the necessary time to work through your blocks, shift your identity and implement the practices and aligned strategies that will give you the results you desire.
- Weekly Expansion Experiments per month to shift your identity, embody expansion and help you reach your next level with ease and speed.
- Weekly Guided Expansion Practices.
- Energy Flow Routine. Use these 3 Energy Flow practices everyday to keep you grounded, intentional and energized or to help you release stagnant energy and elevate your emotions.

* This program is set up as a six month original commitment and then a month to month commitment after that.
