- You agree to use the sessions in this package within the agreed time frame, beyond that, sessions will not carry over.

- You agree to keep any appointment and show up on time.

- Outside of a true emergency, I ask that you give me at least 48 hours notice for reschedules, so that I can book a client in your spot.

- These sessions are not a replacement for mental health, crisis or trauma counseling.

- Our container is a high vibe and empowering space, you are agreeing to be mindful, respectful and kind to yourself and anyone else in the community, including your coach, to do your own work, and to take responsibility for your state of mind, emotions and your results.
